Refund Policy

These guidelines apply to purchases made via https://www.komhub.net , owned and operated by KomHub.

The purpose of these guidelines is to provide clear information about returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. General

KomHub primarily provides digital services and consulting. Any purchases of services, digital products or other content are governed by these guidelines, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Norwegian law.

The following applies to digital deliveries and commenced services:

  • If the delivery has started after your express consent, the right of withdrawal may lapse.

  • For consulting services that have already begun, we may require payment for work performed up to the time of cancellation.

3. Cancellation of services

Cancellation must be made in writing (email).

  • Before work has begun: full refund

  • After work has begun: no refunds will be given, but you will only be invoiced for actual work performed where relevant.

Any project-specific terms can be agreed separately.

4. Digital products (if applicable)

For digital products (e.g. downloadable material):

  • Refunds are not normally given after the product has been delivered or downloaded.

  • Exceptions may be made in the event of technical errors or deficiencies that cannot be resolved.

5. Physical products (if applicable)

If KomHub later offers physical goods, the following applies:

  • Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • The customer covers return shipping, unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed after the item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • Misuse of the service

  • Violation of our terms

  • Incorrect or misleading information
