From Idea to Model: How to ensure your value reaches the market?

In the previous post, we talked about how value creation is the heart of any business. But how do you take the step from knowing what your value is to building a machine that delivers that value every day? The answer lies in your business model .
The customer journey: Where does it stop?
Even the best product fails if the customer can't find it, or if the buying process is too complicated. One of the most important things you do as an entrepreneur is to map out the entire customer journey:
Recognition: The customer realizes they have a problem.
Search: They are looking for solutions.
Decision: Why should they choose you?
Usage: Are they experiencing the value you promised?
Identify where "friction" occurs. Is it difficult to understand what you're selling? By removing small obstacles in this journey, you drastically increase your chances of success.
"Nice to have" vs. "Must have"
As we learned from the "Fundamentals of Value Creation" document, you have to dare to be honest with yourself. If customers consistently ignore a feature you thought was brilliant, you have to have the courage to remove it.
Focus on the “must haves.” A seamless experience is often more important than technical specifications. View every complaint as a free consultation—that’s where you’ll find the key to improving your model.
Price is more than a number
Remember that the price you set should not just cover your expenses. The price is a signal of value. If your solution saves the customer a lot of money or a lot of stress, the price should reflect this. A price that is too low can actually make your product seem less credible.
